Its a great place to live, certainly happy to call it home!

I've had a pretty great time thus far, going on one week living here. Thanks for your help in getting all of my moving needs figured out. I greatly appreciate the help.

Friendly and helpful personnel - great pace to live

After three months of living here, I am thrilled to be part of the Belden Stratford community. The overall ambiance is so uplifting when you enter the building and to be greeted by staff with such congeniality and professionalism is a reflection of the Belden Stratford as a whole. The maintenance staff is more than willing to help and again, you are treated with such respect and kindness.

delightful, the staff is great, the building is quiet and comfortable...I am so glad I moved in.

It's simply amazing, I love everything about the place, the building, my unit, the restaurants, the people (tenants and workers). Only area that could improve would be to add a pool :)

A perfect place to live in the city with great views and friendly people...

I love the amenities, it's safe, clean & the staff is amazingly helpful. I love living in a building where the staff remembers the residents and they always have a smile on their face and are up for a chat!

I loved living at the Belden! The apartments are a great size with all the conviences you could need. The valet parking was amazing, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The decor of the building is manicured, and wait until you see it around Christmas...it is Beautiful! The location can't be beat, and the rooftop deck was so impressive for all my guests.

Its only been a week and a half but so far it's been great. The location and the unit itself has been wonderful.

Same thing, it's great, really nice. My only questions are about the future, how things will be here when we are only an apartment building and not a hotel. Frankly, I hope that things will still mostly be the same.

Great location, beautiful building, quiet for the most part, nice neighbors for the most part (about as good as one could hope for in a big city), very nice people working in the building. I marked "average" on parking, could be "poor," I suppose, but I don't have a car, so this is more for people who visit me.

Secure and close to public transportation

The staff are great. The location provides everything you need within walking distance. Parking iand loading/unloading is limited.

OMG Living at The Belden Stratford has been an amazing experience for me. I came from Florida to go to college at DePaul University. It has been the best place I have ever lived. I have got to experience snow this past week. I love the weather. The staff is amazing, the apartments are just perfect for my needs. They have a gym down stairs we can use and a full service laundry facility for us to do our laundry. I love being able to go downstairs in the morning and get a fresh cup of coffee on my way to school. Everything from grocery stores, restaurants, Drs offices, nightlife, theatre's, lake Michigan, parks are all so close to my apartment. I walk everywhere. Sometimes I take the Trains or Bus system. I do not need a car while living at The Belden Stratford. Taxis are always available if you need one. Most business's in the area even deliver. I am a Junior at DePaul University studying Scenic Design. I always have to go downtown to the Merle Reskin Theatre for class work. We do all of our class shows there. By living at The Belden Stratford I only have to walk about 5-10 minutes to the L Train to get downtown to the theatre. DePaul University is only a 10 minute walk for me. The area of Chicago I live is called Lincoln Park. Its very safe and everyone is so friendly. I was on my second week living at The Belden Stratford and my neighbor 4 doors down brought me turkey dinner. I did not even know her. She had heard I was all alone for thanksgiving. It was so amazing !!!!!!!!!! My plans are to be living here for a very long time. I plan on going to Northwestern University after I graduate DePaul In June 2013. It will be so easy to jump on the L Train to Get to Northwestern. If you are looking for a great place to live, for sure check out The Belden Stratford.
